2.1 Age and Eligibility Requirements

To use the 1xbt platform, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be 21 years of age or older. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited.
• You must register in your own name and for your own benefit — not on behalf of any other person.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be completely truthful, accurate and up to date.
• You are not prohibited from using 1xbt services by the laws of any country or region.
• You are not affiliated with any professional sports organization when placing bets on sports events involving that organization.

2.2 Registration Process

Each user may open only one account. Operating multiple accounts by the same person is prohibited and may result in account suspension or cancellation. At the time of registration, you must provide an active email address and a valid mobile number.

For identity verification (KYC), 1xbt may request government-issued identification, proof of address or other documents from you at any time. Failure to provide this information may result in restrictions on your account activity.

4.1 Deposit Rules

Funds can currently be deposited on the 1xbt platform via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200. Deposited funds are generally credited to your account promptly.

• Only use payment methods registered in your own name.
• Third-party payments will not be accepted and such deposits will be returned.
• Provide all details accurately at the time of deposit. 1xbt is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect information.
• Attempting to make payments with fraudulent intent will be treated as a punishable offence.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.

• The specified wagering requirement must be met before withdrawing from bonus funds.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Additional verification may be required for suspicious transactions.
• If a withdrawal is declined, you will be informed along with the reason.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus, giving you a total of ৳2,500 to play with; deposit ৳14,000 and receive the maximum ৳10,000 bonus, giving you a total of ৳24,000.

To make this bonus withdrawable, a 15x wagering requirement must be met. This means you must place bets totalling 15 times the bonus amount.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each promotional offer has its own terms. Read those specific terms before accepting an offer.
• A bonus may only be used once unless otherwise stated.
• Attempting to claim bonuses from multiple accounts may result in both accounts being cancelled.
• 1xbt reserves the right to modify or cancel the bonus program at any time.
• Bets placed with bonus funds may be restricted to certain games or categories.
• If misuse or fraud relating to promotional offers is suspected, the bonus may be forfeited.

5.3 VIP Program

The 1xbt VIP program has four tiers. Weekly cashback is available at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

VIP tier advancement criteria are determined based on platform activity and contribution. 1xbt reserves the right to change VIP benefits.

6.1 General Betting Rules

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or changed unless 1xbt approves it under special circumstances. 1xbt reserves the right to cancel bets placed on odds or amounts that were incorrectly offered due to a technical error.

• 1xbt's decision is final in determining the outcome of bets.
• Bets placed on events affected by match-fixing or other dishonest means may be cancelled.
• Any attempt to exploit software or system errors will result in winnings being forfeited.
• 1xbt is not responsible for situations arising from internet delays during live betting.

6.2 Casino Game Rules

Each casino game has its own rules which can be found in the game interface. If there is a problem with a game provider's software, the result of that game may be considered void. In live dealer games, the dealer's decision and the ruling of 1xbt management are final.

7.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and involvement in any one of them will result in immediate account cancellation:

• Creating multiple accounts or operating another person's account.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or system vulnerabilities.
• Bonus abuse, artificial betting or collusion.
• Attempting hacking, phishing or other cyber attacks.
• Abusive or threatening behaviour toward other users or staff.
• Assisting minors in using the platform.
• Providing fake identification or false information.
